Thank you for supporting Vinyl Style by Jennifer! Every item is custom-made with care just for you. Because each order is personalized, please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time

All shirts and custom apparel are made to order.

Standard processing time is 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During holidays, back-to-school season, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a delay, you will be notified.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment. Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted when their order is ready.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Vinyl Style by Jennifer is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Vinyl Style by Jennifer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.

Custom Orders

Because every item is custom-made specifically for you, production cannot begin until all design details have been approved and payment has been received.

Changes requested after production has started may not be possible.
