Welcome to Vinyl Style by Jennifer. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this notice carefully before making a purchase.
Custom-Made Products
All products sold by Vinyl Style by Jennifer are custom-made and personalized based on the information provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to verify all names, dates, colors, sizes, and spelling before approving a design or placing an order.
Vinyl Style by Jennifer is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, copyrighted images, or other protected materials submitted for customization.
By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the artwork, or
- You have obtained permission from the copyright or trademark owner to reproduce it.
Vinyl Style by Jennifer reserves the right to refuse any order that may infringe upon copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
Design Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Original artwork and designs created by Vinyl Style by Jennifer remain the intellectual property of Vinyl Style by Jennifer.
- We reserve the right to display completed designs and finished products in our portfolio, website, and social media pages for promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise before production begins.
Product Variations
Because every item is handmade and customized:
- Slight variations in color, placement, sizing, and design may occur.
- Colors displayed on computer monitors, tablets, and phones may differ slightly from the finished product due to screen settings.
These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each garment. Vinyl Style by Jennifer is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, or general wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Vinyl Style by Jennifer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
Order Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that:
- Contains offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Violates copyright or trademark laws.
- Cannot be completed due to material availability or unforeseen circumstances.
If an order is canceled before production begins, any applicable refund will be issued.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Governing Law
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
